Organisational dynamics & changes

Transforming depths, elevating potential

Organisational dynamics constitute the subtle yet potent forces that drive motivation, foster a sense of belonging, and steer teams towards achieving organisational goals. However, amidst the fast-paced nature of modern business, leaders often overlook these dynamics, missing out on valuable insights into the challenges their teams face.

Synthosys has been helping organisations decipher their team dynamics and underlying unconscious processes to enhance overall performance and foster sustainable change.

Through an innovative approach and IDEAL process, we leverage a diverse array of theories and techniques from coaching, psychology, and group dynamics. This multidisciplinary methodology enables us to navigate the intricate web of team communication, uncovering latent dynamics and group culture barriers that hinder progress. Equipped with a deeper understanding of these dynamics, we assist organisations in addressing root causes and facilitating transformative change.

THE IDEAL FRAMEWORK

Our IDEAL framework has been designed to assist both you and us in identifying underlying dynamics, thereby facilitating effective and enduring change.

IDEAL

IDENTIFICATION

Our first step is to meet with you to understand the challenges and issues you are experiencing in your organisation. We will help you identify the problem and discuss your expectations.

DIAGNOSIS

In the first phase, we will collect data that will help us better understand the root of the problem.

In the second phase, we will provide you with a tailored intervention for your organisation.

EXECUTION

We will implement the intervention plan that we have agreed upon with you.

The intervention may be delivered at either individual or group level, depending on needs.

ASSESSMENT

After the intervention plan has been executed, we will collect data to assess its impact on your organisation and to determine whether the goals have been achieved.

LEARNING

This is an important step for reflection and growth:

we gather to reflect on the process we have undertaken together, the role of the organisation and its capacity for change and resilience.

The approach

Executive coaching

Our executive coaching service provides personalised development and performance enhancement for senior leaders and executives through our ROGUE coaching model. You can read the article titled "ROGUE: A New Coaching Model to Enhance Understanding and Clarity" by Jomaa, T. (2023, December 22) in The Coaching Psychologist, Vol. 19(2).

Leadership supervision

A year of monthly sessions, led by expert psychologists and coaches, dedicated to empowering leaders to refine their personal leadership styles. These sessions provide a supportive environment for leaders to discuss challenging situations, harness creativity, foster collaboration, and promote teamwork to develop effective solutions.

Reflective practice

We recognise the importance of reflective practice as a powerful learning tool rooted in workplace experiences. Through our integrated approach, we explore both conscious and unconscious dynamics within individuals and organisations.

Group dynamics

We guide leaders and their teams through a customised group dynamics experience to improve their understanding of operational mechanisms. Our approach involves tapping into the potential of the unconscious mind through different group settings, including Social Dreaming and Psychodrama, among others. We tackle common organisational challenges such as internal conflicts, fostering collaboration, resolving disputes, and facilitating cultural transformation.
